StarFire is a 6 month old colt from the Yakima Reservation in Washington. He’s shipping with his herd brother Dreamer this weekend. I’m so excited and cannot wait to meet him. Both colts are relatively unhandled, scared and will need a lot of love.
Update: 2022 – 01 – 25
StarFire continues to be a ball of fire in a small package. He is smaller than is brother, Dreamer, but much bigger in attitude. He has opinions, wants to be alpha, and cannot seem to figure out that being tied means standing tied and not wiggling/spooking until you get the rope free. Even so, his try is big.
Here’s a cute video of Star playing with the water on Friday 1/21. He hates any flowing water, so this was a huge stride!!
